ITINERARY & SHUTTLE TIMES
Saturday, December 30
6:00 - 9:00pm: If you are in town, join us for music, cocktails and any last marriage advice for us before we say "I do" (we will also be watching the Badgers in the Bowl Game)

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle downtown to the Capitol Square. Ask the front desk for departure and return times.
Sunday, December 31
3:30pm: Load into the shuttle departing from the Holiday Inn Express Madison (you don't have to stay at the hotel to take the shuttle)
Holiday Inn Express: 610 John Nolen Drive, Madison
3:45pm (Sharp): The shuttle will depart from the hotel and travel to the ceremony
4:15pm: Guests arrive (you can leave a parked car at the Fields Reserve until 10:00am on Monday, January 1.
4:30pm: Ceremony Begins at the Fields Reserve
5:00pm - 6:00pm: Cocktail Hour at the Fields Reserve
6:30pm - 11:59pm: Dinner, Dancing, Drinking at the Fields Reserve
9:00pm: Shuttle will return any guests to hotel that are ready to leave
10:00pm: Shuttle will return any guests to hotel that are ready to leave
12:00pm: NYE Countdown and Toast!
12:15pm: Shuttle returns guests to hotel
12:30pm: Party continues at several bars on the Capitol square and state street (bus will drop anyone interested off downtown)
